We bring you a taste of Nagano’s (Ogawamura) traditional food ‘oyaki’ with simple home cooking using a rustic hearth that is rarely seen nowadays. We do not use any preservatives or colorants, and the flavor of the local ingredients is preserved for you to savor.
Our oyaki is carefully baked over a traditional hearth - the only such place in Nagano where artisans bake ‘oyaki’. We use a lot of vegetables from the local area for the ingredients. Please enjoy the simple taste of home our home, Nagano.
