This is the home delivery page for restaurants located in "Patio Daimon Kurskutei", Patio Daimon Kursktei is located only a short walk from Zenko-ji Temple in Nagano City.

Please note that the contents of the dishes including appetizers and garnishes in the bento boxes may vary between days and season, and may be different to that shown in the photograph.

Upon delivery, please eat your food as soon as possible. If you are not going to eat it right away, please keep it in a cool place.

* Please remove the lid from hot dishes as soon as possible and place it in a cool place.

Using the delivery service

Available delivery services will vary between restaurants/stores and are dependent on their specific dates/times of operation. Please check that the restaurant/store is open on your preferred delivery date before placing your order. If you place an order on a day that the restaurant/store is not open, we will contact you to advise and may have to cancel the order.

About our delivery service

Orders placed at each restaurant’s/store’s website will be consolidated and delivered to you by Patio Daimon staff.
Therefore, with the exception of some restaurants/stores, orders must be placed by
17:00.two days prior to your desired delivery date.

Delivery times:

Restaurants: 11:00 – 13:00 / 14:00 – 16:00 / 17:00 – 19:00

General stores: 14:00 – 16:00

Please be aware that delivery will be made within a 2-hour window of your requested time.

The delivery service area covers a radius of approximately 2.5 km from Patio Daimon.

About our take-out service

If your address is outside the delivery area, you can still come and pick up your food for takeout.

In this case, please pick up your food within the above delivery time.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations as a rule, due to the procurement of ingredients to fulfil your order. Cancellations received by 12:00 the day before will be charged 5% of the order amount. If you contact us after 12:00 the day before, you will be charged 100% of the order amount and no refund can be provided.

Return policy

If you receive a product/food that is completely different from what you ordered, or if there is any other problem with the product/food, please contact the restaurant/store by email or phone within 24 hours of receipt.

We will not be able to accept returns in any of the following cases

  • If 24 hours have passed since the product was delivered.
  • If the product has already been used by the customer including products that have scratches, stains, odors, or discoloration that result from handling or user by the customer.
  • If the product is scratched, soiled or marked at the customer’s hand.
  • If the product tag has been removed by the customer
  • The color or appearance of the product does not meet the customer’s expectations (the color of the product may vary slightly between the actual product and the image on the website)
  • If the product’s web page states that the product is non-returnable (if the product states “no returns after opening”, the product cannot be returned even if it is unused after opening).
  • Products purchased from stores other than those on the Patio Daimon website.
  • In addition to the above, if return of the product is reasonably deemed inappropriate.

If none of the above applies and we accept a return or exchange at the customer’s convenience, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the return of the product and shipment of a new product.
